A Versatile Mounting Bracket for Toms and Bass Drum Spurs
This Ludwig mounting bracket features a round design to connect spurs on a kick drum or to mount a tom on a stand or bass drum post. This bracket is built out of die-cast metal and has a large, rounded wing nut for comfortable positioning. It is a genuine Ludwig replacement part for Breakbeat and Accent series drums.
This tom mounting bracket can be attached directly to a tom drum shell to mount tom toms to a bass drum, rack or stand. It is also used with isolation mounts, attaching on the mounting plate so the tom tom drum can be hung from a bass drum, stand or rack, however it is not compatible with DFD’s tom isolation mounting system (TIMS). It can also be used as a floor tom leg bracket for 9.5mm to 10.5mm diameter floor tom legs, or for retro bass drum spurs. The piece requires two mounting holes spaced 1 7/32 inches (31mm) from center to center. Each bracket comes with a gasket and a set of 9mm long mounting screws.
